Giga Weapon Drive character art concept (Diex)

I drew another character for my manga series. This is Diex codename Omega. He's the first of the twelve SSG1 (Super Soldier Generation One)! He's also the oldest among all the Super Soldier army and the first to be created. He's the original weapon. He was actually created before World War 2 started so they already have a super being in existence. He's born in the same place as Jhared which is the underwater city facility by Bikini Atoll famous in real life for nuclear test sites. The character will go through a transformation both in mind and body. Diex and Jhared are very close almost like brothers and would always challenge each other in their youth. He's the wisest of the twelve and posses a very extreme sense of justice so far to the point that it change him! One day everything change and Diex became psychotic. He went on a killing rampage before escaping out into the real world from the heavily fortified military facility.
